You Won’t Believe These LAKEFRONT Homes in Vernon BC (EASTSIDE Home Tour by SEA-DOO!) – Part 1 of 3

Hey everyone, Lisa Salt here with RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler. Today I'm trading in the office for something way more exciting—my Sea-Doo! We're going to do a lakeside tour like no other.


We're checking out some of the most stunning lakefront homes along the east side of Okanagan Lake. Once again this year, there are simply too many to cover in just one video, so we'll split them up. Today is Eastside, then Bella Vista and Adventure Bay in part two, and shortly after that we'll explore more affordable lakefront options and, in part three, some of the condos.

139990 Eastside Road – Eastside Estates
At the very end of Eastside Road sits this property listed at $4.98 million. Built in 2003, the home offers 4,149 square feet with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Its claim to fame? A massive 10.62 acres and 399 feet of lakefront, providing incredible space and privacy.


99900 Eastside Road – Cliffshore Estates
This bare land strata home offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms on .27 of an acre for $2.548 million. Now $1.75 million (down from $2.1 million), this 1987-built home is nearly 3,900 square feet with three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a full basement suite. With 74 feet of waterfront, a sunroom, and .27 acres, it’s ideal for big families or those looking for rental income.


7998 Okanagan Landing Road
A whimsical 2007-built home listed at $1.749 million. Although across the road from the lake, it includes 34 feet of shoreline, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a beach shack, yoga studio, and a registered dock with boat lift. The zoning allows for potential multi-unit development.


2612 Lakeshore Road
A 1955-built charmer with 1,500 square feet on .18 acres, including 50 feet of waterfront. Listed at $1.789 million, this fully furnished, turnkey home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, located near Lakeshore Park at the head of the lake.
