Born and raised in Vernon, Lisa Salt has spent decades building one of the most recognized real estate brands in the North Okanagan.

After a long and award-winning career in real estate, Lisa now focuses on leading the vision, marketing, systems, community involvement, and client experience behind RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler. While she is no longer personally licensed to trade in real estate, her influence is still woven through the group’s approach: strong local knowledge, smart marketing, straight answers, and a deep commitment to helping people make confident decisions.

Lisa’s competitive drive started long before real estate. As an accomplished trapshooter, she represented Canada internationally and was part of the Canadian women’s team that won a bronze medal at the World Trapshooting Championships in Montecatini, Italy. That same focus, discipline, and commitment to constant improvement helped shape the Salt Fowler brand.

Today, Lisa works behind the scenes with Gord Fowler and the licensed professionals at RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler to support the group’s marketing strategy, online presence, systems, training, community outreach, and overall client experience. From educational videos and market updates to relocation resources and listing exposure, Lisa helps ensure the Salt Fowler name continues to stand for service, knowledge, and results.

Lisa is also deeply involved in the local community and currently serves as a board member with the Okanagan Village Housing Society and the North Okanagan Trap & Skeet Club. She also supports local animal welfare organizations including the Vernon & District Animal Care Society, the BC SPCA, and Fur-Bearers.
