Maciej “Magic” Komuniecki brings a powerful mix of construction experience, business acumen, and people-first service to his role at RE/MAX Vernon Salt Fowler.
Born in Poland and raised in Alberta after immigrating to Canada at age three, Maciej grew up in an entrepreneurial family deeply involved in development and construction. That early exposure shaped over 15 years of hands-on and leadership experience in the industry—including custom home builds, large-scale renovations, and commercial housing projects. Now focused solely on real estate, Maciej draws on that background to help clients better understand build quality, renovation potential, and value in today's market.
With a degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Sales) from NAIT’s JR Shaw School of Business and a diploma in Technical Theatre from Grant MacEwan University, Maciej’s career path has taken him through event technology management in Banff and Canmore and into national sponsorship and marketing for major events and international airshows. He combines that strategic, creative mindset with a calm, analytical approach—making the buying or selling process both effective and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, Magic is an avid aviator working toward his private pilot’s license, a passionate cook and self-proclaimed foodie, and an outdoor enthusiast who makes the most of every season, from waterskiing to winter days at Silver Star. He’s often joined on adventures by his dog, Louie.
